10 Day Trial - 30 Day Returns 

Bigwood Sporting Goods wants every customer to love every item they buy. We are a small business and take pride in hand making and personally packaging each purchase. However, we understand that stuff happens.

When you purchase a paddle you have 10 days from the day of delivery to try it out and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your paddle for a refund of the full original purchase price so long as it is in usable condition, not modified from the original condition, and free from excessive wear and tear.

Within 30 calendar days of fulfillment of purchases you can return any product for a refund of the full original purchase price as long as it is in new condition and in the complete original packaging. Broken, damaged, used (after 10 day window), or modified products are not eligible for returns. 

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will inspect them for condition and determine return eligibility. Items not in returnable condition will be charged a restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. When returning a product we may ask you a few questions about why you were unhappy with your purchase, but this is only in an effort to improve our product and service and is not meant as a deterrent to your return. 

Upon receipt of a return allow up to 5 business days for processing. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

If after 30 days you find you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us - we would love to talk to you and find a solution.

Limited 1 YEAR Warranty -

As a small American manufacturer we stand behind the quality of our products. Our paddles come with a 1 YEAR warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and issues of quality control that effect the performance of the paddle. Should you encounter any such issue we will send you a new paddle, FREE. 

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by hitting the paddle against anything other than a pickleball (including other sports balls, posts, the ground, or other hard objects), damage from accidents, loss or theft of item, negligence or abuse, cosmetic imperfections that do not effect the use of the paddle, or issues with grip or tape elements. To use the warranty you must be the original purchaser of the paddle and provide proof of purchase. 

Acceptability of warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of Bigwood Sporting Goods. Bigwood Sporting Goods will incur shipping costs for warranty claims.
