What is a hollow core wooden paddle and why is it different?

Almost every paddle on the market today is made from a sheet of honeycomb plastic with various surface materials adhered to it. Our paddle have an all wood construction and are still lightweight which we achieve by making a honeycomb core by CNC milling Basswood. By making paddles this way we remove plastic and other petroleum based materials from use.

Are you still making paddles?

Due to changes in regulations we have discontinued our Original Paddle. We are still producing our custom engraved paddles and we would love to talk to you about your paddle needs!
