We offer flat rate $10 shipping on all orders over $35.

How soon will my paddle ship?

In stock orders will normally ship within two business days of purchase.

What does pre-order mean and when will I get my paddle if I pre-order?

Our production facility is continuously operating and making new paddles. In the event that we are out of stock when you are ordering you will be able to "pre-order" a paddle. When you pre-order you save your place in line and get the next paddle that is ready to ship. Depending on how many pre-orders are ahead of you that might be as soon as tomorrow or as long as two weeks. We will get your paddle to you as soon as possible. What is your return policy?

We offer a 10 day trial period within which you can play with your paddle and if you aren't completely in love with it you can return it for a full refund.

We also offer 30 day returns on unused paddles.

What about spin?

We get this question a lot! Rest assured, your spin game will be on point with our paddle. Marketing hype from other companies makes it out to seem like scratching your fingers on the surface of a paddle will tell you everything you need to know about spin. But our paddle dynamics give you spin at a totally different level, and without using any sort of "grit" that immediately wears off. What is your paddle's core made out of?

Our paddles have a one-of-a-kind core made from basswood. Basswood is a lightweight but very strong North American hardwood. We make our patent-pending hollow wooden cores by precision CNC machining a honeycomb pattern into this wood to make an incredibly strong, lightweight, all natural paddle core.

How much do your paddles weigh, and can I pick my weight?

Our average paddle weight is 8.2oz, with the vast majority of paddle weighing in between 8.1 - 8.3 oz. We take a lot of measures in our manufacturing process to keep our final products in that range, and the minor variance in final static weight won't be noticeable in game play. If you have specific requests in terms of static weight, please reach out to us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.
